Pour entire contents of margarita mix into the 5 gallon container provided.
Fill container with cold water (no ice) up to 4 gallon mark.
Pour desired amount of Tequila, 2 to 3 liters, not to exceed 3 liters.
Fasten lid tightly and shake to mix up ingredients.
Pour into machine and flick switch to ON.
Peach Bellini
Pour entire contents of Peach Bellini mix into the 5 gallon container provided.
Fill container with cold water (no ice) up to 4 gallon mark.
Pour desired amount of Rum, Vodka, or 8 bottles of *champagne.
Fasten lid tightly and shake to mix up ingredients.
Pour into machine and flick switch to ON. * Peach Bellini is traditionally prepared with champagne. We have found, however that many people prefer Rum or Vodka, for large gatherings (It saves $)
Strawberry Daiquiri's & Piña Colada's
Pour entire contents of Strawberry Daiquiri/Piña Colada mix into the 5 gallon container provided.
Add six quarts of water.
Next add *1 liter of Rum
Fasten lid tightly and shake to mix up ingredients.
Pour into machine and flick switch to ON. *One full liter of Rum per mix will make a potent drink. Many of our clients choose to use 1/2 to 3/4 of a liter.
Our liquid concentrate frozen drink mixes are made with natural fruit juices and flavorings. Each mix makes 5 gallons, which will serve approximately 70 - 80 8oz. drinks.
